About Hanzen Loss Adjusters

We are an independent loss adjusting & assessing firm and would like to offer our services to you.

We have 6 branches covering the Western Cape, Northern Cape, Southern Cape, part of the Eastern Cape as well as the Free State.

The Company was established in 1999 in Worcester, serving the Boland, Karoo, Overberg, West Coast and Namaqualand. Since then we have expanded with offices in Upington, serving the Northern Cape, Namaqualand and the South of Namibia, Bloemfontein, serving the Free State, Cape Town, serving the Cape Peninsula and Mossel Bay and Port Elizabeth, serving the Garden Route / Southern Cape, Karoo and part of the Eastern Cape. We strive to deliver high quality, affordable service through sound leadership and experience.

We specialise in personal, commercial, motor and non-motor claims.

These branches are owner-managed, although we operate under the name of “Hanzen Loss Adjusters”.

We have a co-operation agreement to assist each other, for example, should we receive a claim that is not in our area, we will forward it to the correct / closest branch and notify the claims operator who will
handle the claim accordingly. We share our knowledge and experience, do marketing together and assist each other in a case of a disaster. We share the workload and work on the same format of reporting. We
do not outsource / sub-contract – all assessments done by Hanzen Loss Adjuster employees.

This co-operation agreement will also save the Insurer travelling cost as we do not work out of the designated areas.

Since the establishment of our Company, we have grown from strength to strength and have established ourselves as an honest and reliable service provider as our relationship with suppliers date back to 1999.

We have SLA’s with amongst other Old Mutual Insure, Bryte, Santam, Alexander Forbes and Hollard. Report content consists of what you need and not filled with what is nice to have in order to make
