Reporting

Motor claims
Report to be submitted within 2 days after the vehicle was assessed.
Non-motor claims
3 – 7 working days – priority / urgent claims will be dealt with accordingly.
All reports are in English and are detailed in order for you to make an informed decision – What you need and not filled with what is nice to have. All reports will be accompanied by digital photos as well as scanned quotes and the final report will be emailed in Pdf Acrobat format to the claims handler. Should you require specific information, we will amend our reporting format to accommodate your needs.
Please note: Insurers / underwriters will be kept updated on the progress of the claim regularly.

Turn around times

Turn around times will comply with your company’s standards. 

With all new claims the client will be contacted within 24 hours to set up an appointment. 

Please note: These are standard turnaround times with the understanding that all information is available.  Should there be a delay, your company will be notified.
